To create a Sixgame account you will need to provide a valid mobile phone number, set a password, and confirm your number via a one-time verification code. You agree to provide accurate and complete information at registration and to keep your account details up to date. Creating an account using false information is a breach of these Terms and grounds for account suspension.
One Account Only: Each player is permitted to hold only one Sixgame account. Multiple accounts by the same individual — whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or any other reason — are strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Sixgame account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Sixgame staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, change your password immediately and contact Sixgame support at the earliest opportunity.
Sixgame is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account details secure, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence or failure to report suspected compromise promptly.
Sixgame may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) as part of standard anti-fraud and player protection procedures. Verification may be requested before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or at any time where the platform has cause to verify account ownership. Requested documents may include a government-issued photo ID or mobile number ownership confirmation. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions until verification is resolved.
You may request closure of your Sixgame account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to active bonus wagering requirements will be returned via your most recently used withdrawal method. Accounts may be closed by Sixgame for breaches of these Terms, at which point any bonuses and associated winnings may be voided.
Sixgame supports the following PKR payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast bank transfer, standard bank transfer, and debit or credit cards. Additional methods may be added or removed from time to time. Current supported methods are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal screens within your account.
The minimum deposit amount on Sixgame is PKR 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though your chosen payment method may have its own transaction limits. All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits are typically credited to your Sixgame balance within a few minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions, and within a few hours for bank transfers, subject to your bank's processing times.
Sixgame does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check your payment provider's terms before initiating a deposit.
To request a withdrawal, go to the withdrawal section of your account, select your preferred method, and enter the PKR amount. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Processing times vary: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.
Withdrawal requests may be delayed or placed on hold if identity verification is pending, if there is an active bonus wagering requirement on your balance, or if the platform's anti-fraud systems flag the transaction for review. You will be notified if your withdrawal is placed on hold and given clear instructions on what steps are needed to resolve the hold.
PKR Withdrawals: All withdrawal amounts are processed in Pakistani Rupees directly to your JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or bank account. There are no currency conversion fees on Sixgame withdrawals.

Sixgame offers a range of bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. Where there is a conflict between general bonus terms stated here and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Bonuses issued by Sixgame are subject to wagering requirements, which means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount plus bonus) must be wagered a specified number of times before any funds derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The exact wagering multiple for each bonus is stated on the Promotions page. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds are ring-fenced and cannot be withdrawn.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward the wagering total. Fish games, bingo, and sports betting may contribute at different rates as specified per promotion. Playing games not included in the eligible game list for a given bonus will not contribute to its wagering requirement.
Each bonus is available once per player per household unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts, using the same device, or through coordinated activity with other players constitutes bonus abuse and will result in voiding of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure. Sixgame uses standard industry tools to detect bonus abuse and acts consistently on confirmed cases.
Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or coordinating with others to exploit promotional offers, is a serious breach of these Terms. Winnings from such activity will be voided in full and the accounts involved will be permanently closed.
Bonuses on Sixgame are subject to expiry periods. If the wagering requirement for a bonus is not completed within the stated validity period, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be removed from your account automatically. Expiry periods are stated for each bonus on the Promotions page. Sixgame will not reinstate expired bonuses.
Sixgame's games are provided for personal entertainment use only. You agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. Automated play using bots, scripts, or any third-party software designed to interact with the platform on your behalf is strictly prohibited. Any winnings generated through automated play will be voided.
In the event of a technical fault, server error, or game malfunction during a game session, Sixgame reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to your balance. Wins generated as a direct result of a game malfunction or error are not payable. Sixgame makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform stability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.
If your connection drops during an active game round, the round will typically be completed by the game server according to the game's standard rules. The outcome will be recorded and reflected in your balance once you reconnect. Sixgame does not reverse game outcomes due to disconnection where the game server completed the round normally.
The following conduct is prohibited on the Sixgame platform and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:
All sports bets placed on Sixgame are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Bets are not accepted on events that have already started unless the in-play betting feature is explicitly available and active for that market. Sixgame reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason.
Cricket markets including Pakistan Super League matches, T20 internationals, bilateral series, and World Cup events are available on the Sixgame sports betting section. Results are settled based on official match outcomes as declared by the relevant cricket board or governing authority. Rain-affected matches and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method results are settled according to the official result. Abandoned matches where no official result is declared will typically result in bets being voided and stakes returned.
In-play betting markets are available for selected events. Odds on in-play markets change rapidly to reflect match progress. Bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. Sixgame is not responsible for delays in odds updates caused by data feed issues or network latency. Where a bet is placed at odds that were incorrect due to a data error, Sixgame reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
Bets are settled as soon as official results are confirmed by the relevant governing body. In cases where results are under official review or subject to a post-match inquiry, settlement may be delayed until a final determination is made. Sixgame settles all bets based on the final official result, including any result changes made following an official inquiry.
